International Orders

  • Orders may be subject to import duties and / or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to compliance with foreign regulatory requirements or its laws. You will be responsible for the payment of any type of taxes, in addition to the cost of our delivery plus VAT. Keep in mind that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your customs office or local authority for more information before placing your order.
  • When shipping products internationally, you should bear in mind that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by the customs authorities. Please note that you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which the applicable products are intended. We will not be responsible for any breach by you of any of these laws or to pay any tariff or customs fees if required.
  • Orders are usually shipped the next working day if they are placed before 1:00 PM on workings days *. If your order is placed after 13:00, it will be sent the next working day *.

Delivery problems and resolution tips

By offering different delivery services there are different ways in which we deal with problem solving. By general rule, any lost order made with one of the private courier companies, is covered for loss or theft. Please notify us as soon as possible to begin the resolution process with the relevant company.

 

Delivery service with SEUR

Certified shipments offer a delivery service of 24-48h (under normal circumstances) with tracking number and insurance against loss or theft. Any problem with a certified shipment can normally be resolved within three business days from the date of shipment. If you have a problem with a request sent through the private courier service, please notify us immediately so we can begin the resolution process.
